Overview
This Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to subscription packages purchased directly on MySuperGuru.com.
Payments made between Gurus and Students for lessons, classes, or sessions are outside the scope of this policy and must be managed directly between the parties.

Subscription Cancellations
Users (Learners or Gurus) may cancel their auto-renewal subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Once a renewal payment is processed, it becomes non-refundable.
For Paid Subscriptions:

  • - You may cancel your subscription by visiting your profile dashboard → “My Subscriptions” → “Cancel Plan.”
  • - Upon cancellation, your current plan will remain active until its expiry date, after which it will revert to a free plan.
  • - No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused days in a billing cycle.

For Lifetime Plans:
Lifetime plans (SuperGuru, Genius) are one-time, non-cancelable, and non-refundable purchases.

Failed Payments & Renewal Handling
  • - In case of failed auto-renewals, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is successful.
  • - Users will receive reminder notifications before renewal.


Platform Changes
MySuperGuru reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan at any time. If a plan is discontinued, users with active subscriptions will retain benefits until the end of their billing term.

No Cancellation for Inter-User Transactions
MySuperGuru serves only as a platform for connecting students and Gurus. Any payments exchanged directly between them (for tutoring sessions, courses, or materials) are not governed by this policy and MySuperGuru holds no liability for such transactions.
