This Refund Policy applies only to subscription packages purchased directly on MySuperGuru.com by Learners or Gurus.
MySuperGuru is a platform that connects teachers (“Gurus”) and learners (“Students”). We do not collect or manage any payments exchanged directly between Gurus and Students for lessons, and hence, refunds for such transactions do not fall under this policy.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- - The user has purchased a paid subscription plan (e.g., Mentor, Expert, Guru, SuperGuru, Explorer, Scholar, Master, or Genius) directly on MySuperGuru.com.
- - The user faces a technical issue that prevents access to subscription benefits and has reported it to the MySuperGuru support team within 7 days of purchase.
- - Duplicate payments or accidental purchases due to system error.
No refund will be issued for:
- - Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the platform.
- - Inactivity or non-use of subscription benefits.
- - Subscription plans that have already been used (e.g., verified profile, messaging access, or other premium features utilized).
Refund Request Process
If you are eligible for a refund:
- 1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Plan Name]”.
- 2. Include payment proof, registered email ID, and the reason for refund.
- 3. The support team will verify your claim and process it within 7–10 business days if approved.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- - Trial or promotional plans.
- - Subscription renewals already processed.
- - Lifetime plans (SuperGuru, Genius).
- - Any transaction between Guru and Student outside the MySuperGuru subscription system.
