In this course, students will learn correct posture alignment, develop flexibility, build functional strength, improve breath awareness, and practice structured flows that enhance both body and mind. Along with pranayama, meditation, and basic yoga anatomy, the program also focuses on confidence-building, mindful movement, and creating a sustainable personal practice that supports long-term wellness.
