Having served as an HoD, I believe in taking total responsibility of my students' performance in my subject and hence my approach to teaching would be simple-drive home the concepts in away that students understand, giving examples that they can relate to, encourage them to ask questions and develop a liking for the subject.

Since this is the online mode, I believe I would incorporate a lot of interaction through questioning,backed by explanation and examples from the real world. The class structure would include school students 5-10 students per batch (grades 5-10) who would be learning at their own pace.
