Yoga found me when I lost myself. ? Covered with layers peeling off slowly, as they say when you are frustrated with how life is going, you flow into becoming the flow and that is what happened - a surrender, an acceptance and letting self free to find freedom got me into Yoga. My own returning to home just carried a deep urge to share this ancient medicine full of love into this world. It is my Dharma - service and Yoga gives me the platform to carry my Dharma.
